The product must be in its original packaging, unused, not damaged and you will receive a full refund less a 30% restocking fee and actual shipping charges. We do not cover the return transportation costs, nor carry responsibility for the return shipping of the product. Should the product arrive damaged at our premises we will take pictures and provide them to you to file a damage claim with your chosen carrier of return.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product and the defect of the product was not caused by you, such as improper handling of the shipper, temperature or weather conditions we will arrange a suitable solution depending on each specific case circumstances.
Please note, fuel is a non-returnable product.

If tracking is generated, this means your product has been loaded in the freight carrier's container and it is no longer cancelable.
